"We were on a bike trip from Victoria BC through Washington state with 9 other HDs. Coming into Leavenworth we had problems with our bike. We showed up at the Wenatchee store at 9am with no appointment and were taken in immediately. The mechanic diagnosed the problem asap (fuel line had a hole) and by 1030 we were on our way. Outstanding service. Many thanks to Brad Williams the Service Manager for fast tracking us."

"I had not ridden in a few years, thought about buying a bike and just stopped in. It wan't long before Kevin Kulp came out to assist. He took me though the used section gave me some information, prices. I left, got to the other end of town and came right back. I got re-approved for financing, held the bike and the rest is history. Everybody I spoke with was very helpful, sales, service, parts, accessories. I could not have had a better experience anywhere. With not having ridden in a few years, being apprehensive, your entire staff made the experience a very positive one. I could not say better things about the group you have there. "Generally, you get nothing you don't pay for at a dealer, especially the service depts. They do as little as the job permits, and charge above market. I still think the janitor finishes most of the service jobs, except at Legend in Wenatachee. Mark, the service manager, and his mechanics did a "this is how we work" without a flaw or expecting praise. We were heading out for a last trip of the year on my 03 glide with 60+k when a pointed rock located a 1/4 inch from the edge embedded itself thru my drive belt. I pushed the rock back thru, called all around the Seattle area, most didn't even have the parts in house or couldn't schedule a complexed job (the janitor was on vaction). It so happened that Wenatchee was on the way out of town. Mark charged actual time vs book time and accomodated me. The mechanic is a true mechanic, and thank you again. Left the day after the job, Grand Canyon via Colorado via ---. Logged 4000 trouble free miles, 12 days- two up-fully loaded, with an extra $300 in our pocket, and feel good about the work done.
