"I had not ridden in a few years, thought about buying a bike and just stopped in. It wan't long before Kevin Kulp came out to assist. He took me though the used section gave me some information, prices. I left, got to the other end of town and came right back. I got re-approved for financing, held the bike and the rest is history. Everybody I spoke with was very helpful, sales, service, parts, accessories. I could not have had a better experience anywhere. With not having ridden in a few years, being apprehensive, your entire staff made the experience a very positive one. I could not say better things about the group you have there. "Generaly, you get nothing you don't pay for at a dealer, especially the service depts that do as little as the job premits, and charge above market. I still think the janitor finishes most of the service jobs, except at Legend in Wenatachee. Mark, the service manager, and his mechanics did a "this is how we work" without a flaw or expecting praise. We were heading out for a last trip of the year on my 03 glide with 60+k when a pionted rock located a 1/4 inch from the edge embeded and thru my drive belt was noticed. I pushed the rock back thru, called all around the seattle area, most didn't even have the parts in house or couldn't schedule a complexed job (the janitor was on vaction). So happens Wenatchee was on the way out of town. Mark charge actual time vs book time and accomadated me. The mechanic is a mechanic, and thank you again. Left the day after the job, Grand Canyon via Colorado via ---. Logged 4000 trouble free and feel good about the work miles, 12 days two up fully loaded, with an extra $300 in our pockets. "Haven't had my bike in for service in a while and quite frankly I was impressed. Of coarse Jack is and has always been "the man" working on my bike. He is the only guy I trust with my baby and he has never let me down. Just an ace mechanic! Thanks Jack! Now about the other part of the service department. This is where I have had issues in the past with scheduling, completing the work on time, and price. Well I can say from this last experience, there's been a change. Mark treated me right, got it scheduled within my time frame, told me when it was going to be done (and it was!) and kept the price within my budget, all with freindly smiles. Thanks Mark! "

"Me and My wife Just bought two new bikes, a 09 fatbob and a 07 fatboy. you guys were great you really treated us with respect, we have been to few dealers looking at bikes planning our purchase and have been treated not so good like we what they wanted in a customer. but you guy were different right from the start you welcomed us in and mad us feel at home even before you knew what we were looking for. "I would like to revise a commet I made earlier on the service dept. I was unhappy about a repair from this past spring. I have now been taken care of, and the problems have been resolved. I would really like to thank Jack in the service dept. for his time and professional abilities.
The repair took up their whole day, but again, the issues were resolnved and I am now happy to have a bike that runs again.!!

"Have tried since March of 2008 to have bike repaired. Took in in March for repairs. Picked up, and still has the same symptoms only worse. When picked up, had to pull the choke out just to get it home. Have spoken with servie several times. The rush to Sturgis was always an issue. Still waiting... Never again.!!"
